General terms & conditions
Quoted prices are correct at the date of quotation and are consequently subject to change without notice. Prices will be confirmed with you when your order is placed.
Please check all items that are delivered to ensure that they are to your satisfaction, complete and in line with your order. Please also check for any damage or scratches. Any damage must be reported to us within 7 days from delivery. This excludes baths and leg sets, which require a signature of satisfaction on delivery. Due to the nature of baths no responsibility can be taken for marks or damage after delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Whilst we will work with you in ensuring your goods are delivered at a mutually convenient time, factors beyond our control may affect delivery dates. We will telephone you when your order is complete and discuss delivery dates at this stage. We do not accept responsibility for late deliveries caused by factors beyond our control. Assistance may be required for large or heavy items.
Replacements and additional items
Replacement or additional items may be subject to a carriage charge – please discuss this with one of our sales advisors at the point of ordering.
Kellaway Bathrooms operate a 30 day returns policy. We can only accept returned items in their original unopened packaging (proof of purchase may also be required). Some of our suppliers charge a restocking fee for items returned, for which we reserve the right to pass on to the customer, details of this are available from a member of staff.
A 30% restocking charge will be applied for any item that is collected by Kellaway Bathrooms. Special orders and bespoke items cannot be cancelled or returned once the order is placed. For more information, please speak to a member of staff. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Whilst we trust you will be very happy with your new bathroom items, manufacturers’ guarantees may exist with the product you have purchased. Whilst we will endeavour to help our customers deal with faulty items, manufacturing faults should be reported in line with any guarantee that is issued with the product to the manufacturer. Individual products are not guaranteed by Kellaway Bathrooms. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Any personal information provided, such as name, address and telephone numbers will only be used for the purposes of fulfilling your order with us and marketing information; unless you have opted out of receiving marketing information.
If you are an account holders of Kellaway Building Supplies, your information will be held in accordance with the terms and conditions for operating your account. Your details will never be passed to a third party, except for fulfilling the order requirements.
